Terms of Service

1. Who we are
HoopDraw (hoopdraw.com and app.hoopdraw.com) is a basketball play design and playbook service operated by Dejan Petkovic, an individual based in Laktaši, Bosnia and Herzegovina ("HoopDraw", "we", "us"). Contact: support@hoopdraw.com. By creating an account or using HoopDraw, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. A club workspace is managed by its Owner, who can invite Admins and remove them at any time.
3. Plans and payments
HoopDraw offers a Free plan and paid plans (Club and Pro). Plan features and prices are shown on our pricing page. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns related to payments. Prices are shown in EUR, and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
4. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
Paid plans are billed yearly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account. After cancellation your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and the account then moves to the Free plan. If you have more plays than the Free plan allows, all of them stay saved and editable, but you cannot create new plays until you upgrade or delete plays to get under the limit.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
6. Your content
Plays, playbooks, notes and other content you create remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and display your content only as needed to run the service for you and the people you share it with. We do not publish your content publicly unless you choose to share or publish it.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse HoopDraw, including: attempting to access other users' data, interfering with the service, reverse engineering the app, reselling access without our permission, or uploading unlawful content.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep HoopDraw available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve or change features over time. If we make a change that materially reduces a paid plan, we will notify you in advance.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms. You can request an export of your plays before your account is closed.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
HoopDraw is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will show the date of the latest version on this page and notify account holders by email of material changes.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
